How Curaterra earns its fee
Curaterra earns compensation through defined service-performance and capacity-commitment milestones. Receiving a payment does not automatically make the entire payment earned, and Curaterra does not reconstruct an hourly invoice after the fact.
If a journey ends early
The result depends on why the journey stopped, which Curaterra services have already been earned, which future services will not be delivered, and whether Curaterra itself failed to perform. The starting calculation is: total Curaterra payments received minus earned service allocations equals the remaining unearned Curaterra balance.
Already-earned Curaterra work is not automatically undone. Curaterra does not retain amounts attributable to substantial future service it will not perform merely because a journey stopped. Transaction-specific milestones and financial outcomes must come from the signed agreement and written accounting.
If the journey changes
Ordinary remapping within the agreed journey is included. A materially expanded map—such as an added visit, material extension, substantial provider or city change, or significantly expanded presence obligation—requires a prospective written amendment before additional fees are charged.
Third-party terms remain separate
Dental-provider, airline, lodging, transportation, and other third-party payments are governed by the independent party that received them unless Curaterra expressly assumes a responsibility in writing. Ending Curaterra's service does not automatically end those separate agreements.
Operational closure
Curaterra closes its journey-management obligations when agreed work is complete or formally handed off. Operational closure does not certify clinical completion, healing, success, or outcomes. Later messages do not automatically reopen a closed engagement.
