Privacy Policy

Effective August 29, 2026 · Version PRIVACY-v1.0

Scope

This policy explains Curaterra LLC's general website and business privacy practices. Information that may be consumer health data is addressed more specifically in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, which controls where its terms are more specific.

Information Curaterra may collect

Curaterra may collect contact details, broad journey interests and timing, communications, consent records, and ordinary technical information used to operate and secure the website. Public inquiry forms are designed for general journey information—not clinical records, radiographs, diagnoses, medication lists, or detailed medical histories.

How information is used

Curaterra uses information to respond to inquiries, understand nonclinical journey context, operate and secure its website and forms, maintain consent and business records, and provide agreed journey-management services. Curaterra does not use public inquiry consent as permission for unrelated marketing.

Dental-provider information

Dental providers collect and control clinical information through their designated channels. Submitting a Curaterra inquiry does not automatically authorize disclosure to a dental provider. If a later provider-specific sharing step is appropriate, Curaterra will use a separate, appropriately specific authorization or consent process.

Service providers and analytics

Website-hosting, form-processing, email, security, communications, and analytics providers may process limited information on Curaterra's behalf. Google Ads receives a generic successful-inquiry conversion signal; Curaterra does not intentionally send form values, inquiry content, journey stage, consent selections, or consumer health data in analytics events, URLs, or conversion labels.

Choices and requests

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing hello@curaterra.io. Withdrawal applies prospectively and may not require deletion where information must be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. The Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice explains additional rights that may apply.

Security, retention, and updates

Curaterra uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limits information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant journey or business purpose. Detailed retention schedules and operational privacy workflows remain implementation items subject to counsel review. This policy may be updated; the effective date and version will change when it is.
